Nothing that matters for your results. They share one brain: the same data, the same plan and the same safety rules. Vicious is dry, blunt and numbers-first. Vibey is warm, cheeky and celebrates the small wins. Switch whenever you like.

No. The Essentials plan is the full fitness tracker with no assistant chat. Standard and Pro add Vicious or Vibey for logging, planning and questions.

Both assistants follow the same safety rules, and the personality steps aside the moment safety matters. They won’t coach steroids, SARMs or other performance-enhancing drugs, they won’t push extreme cuts, and they point you to a doctor or physio for medical issues and injuries.

Only what you allow. With your consent, your messages and the relevant parts of your logged data are sent to Anthropic’s Claude to write your assistant’s replies, and your question text to Google’s Gemini to match it to the knowledge base. Neither uses your data to train their models, and you can turn AI off any time. If you work with a coach, you choose what they can see.

Yes. Coaches and PTs run their clients from the same app (and from a desktop portal), assign programs and meal plans, and answer check-ins. When your trainer manages your program, it’s theirs: the app supports, it doesn’t overrule.

Not yet. Collection 01 is a design preview: explore the pieces, colours and sizes now, and join the list to hear when the first drop is ready. Prices are still to be confirmed.
